Last week I heard that one of our competing printers in town is claiming to be number one in our area. I looked into this very wrong statement by looking at what they sent out. The memo said that they where in a survey that asked there clients along with other printers clients about there service and if they got the job they wanted. So they won the competition. I then sent an e-mail out to the survey company , wanting to know who they Spock with out of my clients. They guy responded " we can only survey the companies that they do work for." In other words , you have to pay for us to say you are number one. this is the e-mail I got back from the survey company.
The results are not just for that area, but the independent
printer category is for all those participating across the country, not just
that area.  You may very well have higher customer satisfaction and loyalty,
but we only look at those we survey for.
